Teacup Tech is an Australian family-run business led by a husband-and-wife team who have helped businesses develop across a variety of industries and home users of all ages.
With over 20 years of combined experience in the tech industry, we've tackled nearly every tech challenge whether big or small. Because we're a small local team, every job is personally thought through, not passed along or rushed.
We pride ourselves on being friendly, honest, and reliable. We take the time to listen, explain things in plain English (not technical jargon unless you like that), and find practical solutions that actually fit your needs. Even when an idea feels a little "out of the box" we love the challenge and we'll usually find a way to make it work.

We'll have a friendly chat to understand what you need and what you're trying to achieve. We'll explain your options clearly and suggest the best solution for you, even if that's not with us. We'll also be able to offer a quote once we have all the information we need.

We'll get it sorted
Once you're happy, we'll take care of the rest. Whether it's fixing an issue, setting something up, or building something new, we'll handle it properly and keep you updated along the way. We can arrange weekly (or more frequent) meetings to talk about changes and showcase what new changes we have for you if that's something you're interested in.

On-going support
We're always here if you need help down the track or want to install a new feature.

We keep our pricing fair and transparent. We'll always charge the lower amount between our quoted price or our standard rates, so you're never caught out.

Of course! We can help with any tech job, big or small. Don't be afraid that what you're after is too silly, I promise we don't judge.
Absolutely. If you're comfortable we can use Teamviewer to easily access your device and work on it remotely. This also helps save you money. We also can handle many jobs remotely, especially when it comes to websites, CRMs, and anything software or internet related.
Yes! Your privacy and data security are taken seriously at all times. Never will we sell any part of your data/details or compromise your devices.

For a lot of services we offer a "no fix, no fee" approach. You won't be charged - although a call-out or travel fee might still occur.
Absolutely! Depending on the job - and if you're comfortable getting billed our hourly rate without a quote - we can usually get started immediately. We can also typically service anywhere in Brisbane on the same day, or if not same day the next day. We will let you know if we can't, and if it's an emergency we'll give you our best recommendation on how you should proceed.
